I have known Shelly for many years in a different capacity than real estate. However… that experience made me realize what an excellent realtor she would be and has become! There hasn’t been one time where she didn’t go the extra mile to help me and others. And always with that beautiful smile on her face. Shelly is so “real” that I had no doubt she would succeed. Shelly deserves the most thoughtful review and I am happy to share just how genuinely amazing she is! I did not know her before being referred by another realtor. Shelly has gone the distance for us at every opportunity. When you tour with her, it’s more like touring with a knowledgeable friend and not a pushy salesperson. Her energy is calming and supportive. When you call her or text her to see a property, she will do what it takes to get you in to that property. She never makes you feel like you’re asking too much of her. As an example, we were looking at properties an hour or more away from her home base and never did we feel that we were an inconvenience. Shelly is the type of person that loves what she does and genuinely cares more about you getting the home that’s right for you than making a quick/fast sale. If you’re looking for a realtor that has integrity, is knowledgeable, thoughtful in their approach, loyal, friendly, and someone you can count on, truly you can’t go wrong with Shelly! Shelly was very ambitious and motivated to help me sell my home at a very tough time in my life, and she made it as stress free as possible. I lived in Bend OR and she traveled to Bend to have 2 open houses in 1 month and advertised everywhere she could. My house sold in 30 days, and then she also helped me find, and purchase my new home in the Willamette Valley. A big move for us and she was amazing .

Shelly Kivett arranged a property appraisal for me recently. Within just a couple days I had the walk through and appraisal. She was kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. If I ever decide to sell I will definitely be hiring her as my real estate agent.
